The Spanish defender returned to the club where he made his breakthrough and enjoyed a reunion in La Liga, despite spending his best years at Real Madrid. Now, he is weighing up his options as he prepares to sign what could be his last professional contract. According to reports, the 38-year-old is considering a move to Boca Juniors in Argentina.

Plenty of speculation has been up in the air about where Ramos might go next. The MLS, Saudi Pro League and Serie A have all been mentioned, but the defender has not given any indication as to where he would prefer to go. He currently remains in Spain, specifically his residence in Madrid, where he remains in top shape, actively posting his workouts on social media. All of this suggests a return to football is imminent for Ramos.
