In response to the worsening conditions, according to Valencia have requested the postponement of Saturday's league fixture against Real Madrid at their home ground, the Mestalla. Moreover, Valencia were set to play an away match on Wednesday against a sixth-tier team in Parla, a town situated approximately 15 miles from Madrid. Due to the adverse weather conditions and widespread damage, the game has been rescheduled for November 6, providing additional time for local authorities to restore safety in the area.
